King Pullala (Korean: 뿔랄라 대왕) is the Minor character in Season 3 of Pororo the Little Penguin, and is the Minor/Supporting character and possibly a form of Ullala in Chiro and Friends. He only made an appearance in Rody's Dream.
King Pullala is a light green Crocodile with a crown and a spectacle. In Chiro and Friends, He is strict to other characters such as Kururu the pig knight and Chiro the chick.

Rody was flying into the sky on a rocket made by Eddy in his dream, when the booster exploded and he was lifted into the clouds above, and soon he met King Pullala, who was surprised when Rody extended his legs to get closer and ran away bouncing on the clouds.
"(Rody: Who. are. you?) I'm King Pullala! And who are you? (Rody: I'm. Rody.) (Scream) Yikes!! (then trying to run away bouncing clouds)" (Rody's Dream)(In Korean: [로디: 넌. 누.구.야?] 난 뿔랄라 대왕이시다! 그러는 넌 누구냐? [로디: 난. 로. 디. 야. .... 응?] 우왓, 깜짝이야!!! 이게 뭐야! 이얍, 이얍! 으차차!!![구름 위를 뛰며 도망친다])

Trivia[]
This character is the first cameo character in an ICONIX animation. But in Chiro and Friends, in the episode 'Hide the mess!' where Chiro turns on the TV and watches the episode 'No more troubles!' of Pororo the Little Penguin Season 2, but Pororo does not even make a direct appearance in it.
Coincidentally, characters from <Tayo the little bus> have been appearing in the EBS animation <Titipo Titipo> franchise produced by the same production company, and conversely, characters from <Titipo Titipo> have been appearing in <Tayo the little bus>.
He was mentioned and briefly appeared in Pororo in my pocket. In episode 2 of the spin-off, Tong-Tong reveals that Pororo was shrunk as punishment for breaking King Pullala's magic box. According to the last episode, it was revealed that Crong was also punished and kicked out by him.
In Chiro and Friends, he was voiced by Um Sang-hyun (Korean)/Patrick Cremin (English).
