Porong Porong Rescue Mission is a minimovie released on YouTube. Plot A pirate ship arrives on the island, the pig pirates thinks there's treasure on that island. When they discover there's no treasure, they kidnap everyone except for Eddy and Pororo, who escaped. Will Pororo and Eddy manage to rescue the friends with the help from Tong Tong? The pig pirate captain resembles and sounds like none other than Dr. Eggman from the Sonic The Hedgehog series. This is Pororo's first TV special, the others being Pororo The Wizard and Pororo Heroes. This TV special uses "Always Happy as Can Be" as the opening song. Eddy is the second main character to team up with Pororo to rescue their friends. The first is Crong in "Pororo Goes To Korea". The way how Pororo and Eddy sneaked into the pirate ship is similar to how Violet, Dash and Jack Jack sneaked into the ship of Devtech in the Disney Pixar movie Incredibles 2. Eddy is the fourth main character to ride on Pororo's plane. The first was Crong in "Dragon the magician". The second was Loopy in "Princess Loopy". The third was Poby in "Flying Poby". As for this special, Petty and Harry are the only two main characters who did not ride on Pororo's plane. This Special is also on Netflix.
