Appearance[]

Tu-tu's Creator is an elderly man who wears glasses. He also wears blue overalls, white gloves, a pale orange shirt and brown boots.

Bio[]

After he created Tu-tu, they have decided to wait until tomorrow to go on a test run. Suddenly, the phone rings and Tu-tu's creator gets it. As that moment, Tu-tu then sneaked outside and got lost.

It is unknown what happened to Tu-tu's creator after Tu-tu came to Porong Porong Forest.
